Rock Hill, South Carolina - Danny Ray Niday, 72, passed away on Monday, November 29, 2021 at Atrium Health, Pineville, NC.
A memorial service will be held at Security Baptist Church, 424 Annafrel Street, Rock Hill, SC 29730 on Saturday, December 4,2021 at 1:00 pm, with Reverend Tommy Williams officiating. Burial will be private. The family will receive friends following the service at the church.
Born in Bluefield, WV, Mr. Niday was the son of the late Peerless Witt Niday and the late Phyllis Bowles Niday. He was also preceded in death by his grandson, Aiden Ka-lel Sheridan. He was retired from Knot Yet Cabinetry with 17 years of service.
Danny is survived by his daughter, Tierria Marie Niday of Belmont, NC; his granddaughter, Xarina Marie Sheridan; three sons, Clayton Thomas Hines of Belmont, NC, Ronald William Petty and Jackie Alton Petty of Rock Hill; his brothers, Doug (Sandra) Niday of Rock Hill, Donald (Patricia) Niday of Reston, Va., David (Linda) Niday of Campobello, SC; his sister, Susan Reynolds of Charlotte, NC; special niece, Kippi Varnadore and many other nephews and nieces.
