ROCK HILL -- Mrs. Geraldine Canty Tinker, 57, of 586 Powell St. died Sunday, Aug. 6, 2006, at home. The funeral will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Rock Hill Ward, with Bishop Clark Childs officiating. Burial will be at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Catawba Ward cemetery. A native of Rock Hill, Mrs. Tinker was a daughter of the late Billy Columbus Canty and Catherine Sanders Canty. She was retired from Leiner Health Products of Fort Mill and was a member the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Rock Hill Ward. Surviving are her husband, David Tinker; two sons, Matthew Tinker and Stuart Tinker, both of Rock Hill; two daughters, Tanya M. Korver and Becky Nelson, both of Rock Hill; two brothers, Huey Canty and Troy Canty, both of Rock Hill; her sister, Billie Anne McKellar of Rock Hill; and seven grandchildren.
